For macOS, the DisplayLink technology require screen recording permission to display the screen. But the DisplayLink app doesn't store/record any screen content. It only uses screen recording functionality to enable seamless extended display support.

3. For macOS, does this docking station 3 display cannot play any streaming platforms(Netflix, Udemy, etc)?

Yes, for macOS, the DisplayLink technology requires screen recording permission to display the screen. Since the screen is recording, you cannot watch any HDCP content(Netflix/Prime/ iTunes/Hulu...), the screen will be black.

4. What to do if the USB‑C port is not working

Please ensure a stable connection and that the connected device is functional. Also, make sure your laptop remains plugged in and charging; insufficient power may cause some ports to malfunction.

5. My dock stop working, what should I do?

Make sure that the laptop's USB-C port supports display functionality. Disconnect all cables and then reconnect them. Display 1 and Display 2 are driver-based, so please download the latest drivers. HDMI 3 and DP 3 are plug-and-play.
