Great buy
My daughter wasn't very good at javelin so got this for training and she came 3rd at county champs at weekend. Great buy if you have somewhere indoors for them to practice.

after several throwing the head just fell apart so I had to put duck tape to keep it together, poor material https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0054IUZ8U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, I don't recommend, shipping is as much as the item itself
