Great product can see an improvement in my skin nails and hair

Patience and consistency sees results.
3 months in and I can see hair growth at hairline etc. I do all the right things such as silk pillow, silk hair turban at night, appropriate shampoo and hairbrush. But I have seen actual new baby hair growth since taking. Slow process and you’ve got to nurture and protect new growth. Patience and consistency is key.

I have been taking this supplement on and off for quite some time. I have had quite a lot of hair shedding recently due to various factors and I can see baby hairs starting to grow. You only take one tablet daily. As it is such a high strength dose, I am going to start taking one tablet every second day. Igennus supplements are made here in the UK by a family in Cambridge. El producto esta muy bien. Las pastillas son muy pequeñitas asé que fáciles de tragar. El único inconveniente que hay es que huelen muy mal, pero bueno, es normal debido al Zinc que tiene como ese olor metálico. Para mi no es ningun problema.
