I doubled my omega 3 index taking Flameout from under 5 to over 10 on the OmegaQuant blood test. I thought this was company hype but the results I had were amazing. I am really trying to maintain brain health with everything within my control. Highly recommend and have nothing to do with the company other than buy the fish oil.

I tried Flameout at the recommendation of my brother in law. 13 years of submission grappling created some natural wear-and-tear on my body--primarily my knees. After 12 months of chronic tightness and pain in my knees from the moment I woke up till I hit the sack, I decided to try this stuff out in lieu of getting my knees operated on. My knees would respond positively to high dosages of ibuprofen and other NSAIDs, but commonsense would suggest that long-term ingestion of that stuff is a sure-shot way to put a hole in your stomach. At first, I was skeptical about this stuff. It seemed like overpriced fish-oil. But, I figured there no harm in trying it out. So, I did. Fast forward to two weeks of taking it...I began waking up and going about the day with zero knee pain. I continue my normal grappling and weightlifting routine without a train of soreness or pain in my knees. As an added plus, it absolutely reduces my soreness and recovery time from hard weightlifting sessions. While I realize it's hard to provide a meaningful assessment of this stuff after two weeks, I will say the early indicators are very positive. While it's certainly not a miracle drug, I would characterize Flameout as a highly effective anti-inflammatory supplement.

I can't rave about Flamout Omega-3 Fish Oil enough! I have a lot of joint pain and I have tried several other types of fish oil from a local drugstore. I have found that it doesn't really do much for my joint pain. My husband had been using flameout and so I decided to try it. Wow, what a huge difference it makes. In fact, I can tell if I forget to take it for a few days, I start to feel achy again. My only caveat is that the pills are a rather large size. I don't have any problems taking them, but if you have problems swallowing pills, then this may not be for you. Oh yeah, and the best part is that I don't get those disgusting fish burps anymore!! Highly recommend!

I have had three bottles of this now, and I love it. I have an autoimmune disorder, and since taking this, my symptoms have been considerably less frequent (not a doctor, don't take this as a recommendation for your symptoms, just stating how it has helped me). My blood pressure has also gone down quite a bit. In general, I feel much better, and don't have to deal with my symptoms very often, and when I do, they are less severe than what they used to be. It is kind of expensive, especially given that the dose they recommend would only allow for 22.5 servings, but I really do feel a lot better. If the pills are too big for you, try filling your mouth with water, then throwing the pill in there and swallowing in one fell swoop. It seems to make it a lot easier (at least for me).

LOVE this supplement. Issue now is they increased the price by almost $20 dollars per bottle. I found an alternative with more dha and epa for nearly a third of the price. Sucks they've priced a 60 day supply for nearly $100 dollars. Not worth the money

I’ve really enjoyed this product. No fishy after taste. Only issue is I would like to know more about third party testing and quality of the processing.

I used to really enjoy this product- their quality was always top notch. Recently started buying it again and the first bottle was fine, however this last bottle had such a violently fishy smell AND taste that I can't stomach it. All of the pills are also stuck together. I will not be buying again. I don't know if it's the way they're stored in warehouse / shipping but it made the product intolerable for me.

Best I have found. No fish burps.
