Water Socks Sand Proof Booties Quick Dry Swim Dive Socks for Sand Soccer Beach Volleyball

These worked really well for sand soccer. They fit well on my 11 year old daughter who wears a size 4Y shoe. They were comfortable and easy for my daughter to put on.

They have held up on quite a few fishing and float trips now. The fit great, give good grip and protect your feet while not hindering you at all.

Purchased with a specific goal in mind - protecting my feet on the rocks and "kitty litter" type of sand experienced in a Triathlon I competed in. Second year competing in this particular event. The first year was just picture me trying to "tiptoe" out of the water and run bare feet onto a rough sandy shoreline. Yes, this sand and shore is rougher sand the what I've experienced on many ocean beaches, and yes my feet are a bit tender and sensitive. This year was to be different and why I purchased these "water socks". They performed perfectly during the swim and more importantly allowed a comfortable run up the shoreline to the bike transition. Other reviewers have mentioned these did not last long. As far as I'm concerned, they lasted fine for the triathlon and that was all I needed. I do see some wear on them after two uses. Longevity was not a concern for me.

These worked great for what I wanted them for. I wanted something that would keep most of the sand off my feet at the beach as well as protecting my feet from the hot sand. These worked great. They kept all of the sand out until I actually got in the large waves and then some sand eventually worked its way in. But they kept 95-99% of it out. I then was able to take them off and put my other water/beach shoes on to go home without those getting full of sand from my feet. I haven’t had them long only a few times to beach, but they seem to be holding up well. I did make sure I wasn’t dragging my feet on the sidewalks while I got to the beach though. They rinse and air dry easily and quickly.

My husband is a diabetic and can’t walk on the beach without shoes these are perfect for him. They are easy to get on and I just washed them and they came out perfect.

An update to the review below that I originally posted... After approximately one hour of cumulative use, the outer layers of the bottoms of the socks have holes in them. Granted, the pool I'm walking in has rough spots near the deepest part, but even at a discount, this is not sustainable. However, if you are using one of those slick-bottomed pools, these might be the thing to try. I definitely like the grip. I am heartbroken because I really liked these socks. (Original Review) This review is a little premature because I've only used these water socks once, but I wish I had been using them as soon as I started my pool walking. For many things like walking on stony beaches, water shoes are better. My water shoes, however, over time tend to make blisters. These water socks that I would not recommend for rocky beaches are, however, absolutely perfect for pool exercising. The pool I use has a really rough bottom and makes blisters on my feet. These water socks are not as cumbersome as water shoes and are a great design because they come up above the ankle which means they won't fly off of your foot like a water shoe could do. These are a lighter weight and secure and honestly, water shoes simply seem to be overkill for a pool.

Size was accurate, keeps a good seal around your ankles, but when wearing in sand, some will still get through but its minimal. I wear them on cruise ships to keep from burning my feet on the pool deck, the neoprene keeps your feet from burning, and the non slip dots on the bottom seem to work. Great for protecting your feet in rough sand with coral pieces or shells like you would experience in most of the Caribbean Islands. Even wore them to play beach volleyball, all good. Would definitely recommend.

Erstmal XXL entspricht 44 bzw hier 2 XL genannt Die Socken sind Dünn wie ich was wollte, minimal zu kurz (ich trag 45), aber das geht Was mich stört ... die Socken sind zu breit. Die sind für breite Hobbit Füße. Also die Passform ist eine Katastrophe. Gäbe es andere Socken ( also bewußt will ich 1,5 - 2,0'mm Neopren) ich würde die zurück schicken Find ich aber nicht, also akzeptiere ich den Mangel. Ziel ist die Socken in Tauchschuhen zu tragen, also das geht dann. Für Strandläufer würde ich sagen, zu teuer für die Quali und die Passform nur für sehr breite füße

These were awesome. I needed to keep out the sand and they did exactly that. Very comfy too!
