I’ve been using this mini PC for a couple of months now, and initially, it was everything I hoped for—compact, efficient, and perfect for my everyday needs. But then, out of nowhere, I ran into a frustrating issue where it just wouldn’t boot up properly. I tried troubleshooting everything I could think of, but nothing worked. Feeling desperate, I hopped on Amazon today and reached out to the seller for help. To my surprise, they responded almost immediately and kindly asked me to send the unit back for diagnostics. No hassle, no endless back-and-forth—just straightforward support. Within a week, they had diagnosed the problem on their end and shipped me a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. The new one arrived quickly, and it’s working flawlessly, like nothing ever happened. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and it truly restored my faith in online sellers. Smooth experience straight out of the box. Perfect home office PC. The compact size is a game changer. Adequate ports for various peripherals. Can’t speak to gaming performance but great for heavy home office use.

Tiny, but powerful. Light, and easy to transport. Amazing so much is packed into such a small case. I purchased this for working remotely (Word, Excel), so I can't attest to its gaming capabilities. Easy to set up (like any new PC or laptop), and gets the job done. Service team was responsive to my questions.

After 6 months, I decided to write a review on this Mini PC. I love it. Plain and simple. It does everything that I need it to do with PLENTY of power. I have two monitors hooked up to it, a printer, mouse, microphone, OBSCam, ring light and other peripherals. I use it for gaming on lighter games, but it runs PZ , Rimworld, and smaller FPS games with ease and no lag. It is very durable, as I have traveled with it in my backpack and suitcase and it holds up VERY well. No issues at all. The graphics quality is exceptional for such a small machine. If you're looking for a starter machine for a kiddo, a secondary machine for extra work or gaming or just a replacement for a massive tower, this is it. Couldn't be happier.

It is a mediocre PC. my experience with it goes as follows... excellent start, 6 months in cpu fan starts making noises (bearing rattle) then eventually the fan stopped working and to not risk it... shut it down.. contact support though Amazon support... absolutely no reply. Amazon later two days later asks me to review the support.... Um. No support. I am savvy, a tinkerer and I purchased a replacement fan to repair this myself. Works but during some online gaming within a web browser this PC hard resets randomly. well, just over two years of use, the NVME is toast. It's a mediocre PC. pretty much sums it up. I have an option.. replace the NVME and maybe change out the fan (again) and get 2 more years out of it. we'll see.

I love this little thing. I bought it to run dedicated servers for my Steam games and do office work. I got the 32gb + 512gb version and it’s perfect for running what I need. It games comfortably with less demanding titles, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a server machine, emulator, or light gaming pc as a secondary setup.

So at first you get this PC and you’re so excited, it’s fast, quiet, space saving, sets up quickly, good quality packaging, everything works great and everything is gravy. Until one day when it decides it no longer wishes to work.. then your password no longer works, then it’s factory resetting, then it’s flashing different colors on the screen and telling you that the password cannot be changed.. like it’s nothing but a headache and a hot mess. I’ve only had it less than 3 months and if I knew this would happen, I wouldn’t have ever bought it. For context: this pc is used for the purposes of streaming only. Only 4 apps were installed on it OBS Studio, TikTok Live Studio, MS Outlook and Discord. And that’s all it was used for. Two hours a day 4 or 5 days a week.

My ACEMAGICIAN Kron Mini K1 Mini PC arrived undamaged promptly after ordering. It was well packaged for good protection. The setup was straight forward. Everything loaded as expected. It's very fast and the operating system opens quickly. I don't have many extra apps and software installed. It was more cost effective to buy this than to upgrade my 2nd computer which has Windows 10 installed and isn't upgradable to Windows 11. I currently have it connected to an older 55' Samsung flat panel (not 4K) TV. The AMD Ryzen processor and integrated graphics puts out a stellar picture. So far, after three weeks, I'm very pleased. The product description is accurate. The 5"x5"x1.5" size makes this very compact and it takes up a very small footprint. It does have 6 USB ports for adding peripheral devices. I am currently using the HDMI port for my monitor connection. When setting it up I did have 2 monitors connected, a desktop 1080 P and my Sony Bravia 4K. The pictures again were outstanding. The sound came through my home theater AVR providing excellent audio quality. All in all, this is a well-built computer in a sturdy case. I don't game so I can't speak of the gaming capability. If you plan to connect this to your AVR, it and your monitor must support 4K. So far, I would recommend this product.
