Okay, but a different texture
Wouldn’t call it a stipple paper, but the texture is nice. Didn’t go well with a watercolour wash.

Lovely texture though not quite stipple
This exceptional drawing paper boasts a truly distinctive texture that sets it apart. I absolutely love using it for illustrations and intend to remain a loyal customer for as long as it's available. While I wish other paper brands would offer a stipple option for variety, this product seems to be the only one out there. It has the perfect weight and its generous tooth, while providing wonderful texture, does require a delicate touch when rendering intricate details, but the results are worth the effort.

Interesting fine-grained stipply texture with graphite, colored pencils.
This is unique textured paper for use with graphite or colored pencils that gives a very fine-grained stipple effect. Finer than you could reasonably do with a pen, more like grain in film photos. Pens, watercolor and markers do "lay into" the texture so you can get solid lines if you want them. I don't have any pastels to test with it, but I would guess that a softer waxy pastel would sink into the texture unless you used a very light stroke.
