Will the suction cups hold onto walls instead of tiles?

They didn’t on my walls. I had to screw them in. Also, where the curve is, it way down.

Fan shaped - has anyone bought this and let me know about the quality and install difficulty?

Not sure about this spacific modle but the brand is decent. Not anything like the ritz but for a simple shower curtian theybare fairly well built. The modle i had had several diffrent mounting options and the hardware for each. Which was nice. Hope this helps.

How long is the curtain that's included?

It is the same size as a regular shower curtain. I did not use this one. I brought a cloth one as this is plastic.
