How long do the babies take to come out?

Where does the water go and how do you empty?

Hello Thank you for your question and interest in Mama Surprise Mini! :) Once filled, the water in the attached bottle runs through to the hutch through a sprout to help the babies be born. The first babies reveal takes about 60-80 minutes.
