Golden Maple Detail Paint Brushes Set 10pcs

These are my absolute favorite brushes. They aren't expensive, but the quality is excellent. I take good care of them and they can last for months. I don't find that they shed and they are the most comfortable of all my brushes in my hands. The detail is superb. I mostly use the smaller brushes. I have several sets and I color code the handles so I quickly know which one I'm grabbing. I use The Masters Brush Cleaner to gently wash the paint out, rinse them, and then use a bit of the brush cleaner to reform the point before I let them dry. If you do this, they will last a long time.

My son had been wanting a set of Christmas ornaments that had a very limited release from a popular TV show he likes but they are very hard to find and if you do find them, they sell for hundreds of dollars so I found someone who could 3d print them. Problem solved, right? Not so fast. I also had to paint all the fine details for each of the 10 figures in the set. That's where these brushes come in. I was a little skeptical of the quality since they were so inexpensive but I was proven wrong as soon as I started using them. The bristles were well made and did not shed, the brush handles were very ergonomic and comfortable to use and the bristles held paint very well. They also cleaned up pretty easily. I couldn't imagine trying to get good detail out of a set of cheap dollar store hobby brushes. These felt like very high end brushes at a very affordable price. I hoped that he would not be disappointed that he didn't get the real thing but he was super happy with them. He even said that these were actually better than the original because I based my painting on the screen shots from the TV episode and not from the lesser detailed ornaments, and there was a couple of extra characters that weren't released with the original set.

These brushes are great for doing detail painting! I use them for putting underglazes on my ceramic pieces. I mostly use the smaller brushes of the set as my pieces have been smaller as of late but the bigger ones are sometimes useful too. I really like that the handle flares for good grip near the end! I haven’t noticed any bristle shedding at all, so that’s saying something! They lay down glaze very well and fit in to tight spaces perfectly! The shape of the brush is good for outlining or doing line work as well. I would definitely recommend them! I’ll add some pics!

Love these brushes. Great for many different uses. I personally use them to paint miniatures. Great value for my disposable paint brush artistic needs. Good stiff softbristles, strong handle and pleasant color/style. Will continue to purchase regularly.

Very nice detail brushes at an affordable price. The paint went on smoothly with perfect coverage without the bristles shedding like cheap brushes. Was very impressed with the amount of different size brushes for the money, and very nice detail handles as well. If you have a project with small fine detail work to be done, this set of Golden Maple detail brushes will work great for you!

I love my new set of brushes. I bought these for a paint by numbers I purchased. The grip is so great for comfortability. I am basically able to use these with great precision within the details of my paint by number painting. The variety of size make it easy to perform detailed work. The quality of each brush and bristles are fantastic, especially for the price.

They are comfortable. Offers lots of options in sizes where can get detailed making this a good value. I only wish the wood would be sealed. The paint stains the wood.

These are extremely impressive brushes. They hold their shape well, and are excellent for fine detailed work. Though they lack the spring and liquid-holding ability of natural sable, they still compare quite favorably with my kolinsky sable brushes. A great set of brushes!
