Urgent Escalation: Damaged Product Delivered & Repeated Return Pickup Failures
The product delivered damaged as it has scratches on thr body seems like refurbished model has been delivered back to me. Struggling to return it for last few days and the pickup agent has either been rescheduling the dates by themselves or updating thr ticket with non validated information. I have escalated the matter and writing this out of frustration. The scratches even been validated by product Service center team also. Not sure will I get any relief or not

Fantastic performance
This is one of the best OTG's. It is pricey at 25000+ but superb performance. Every dish made in the OTG has turned out very well

Let’s See!
I just got this today and I will update after some use. My initial thoughts is that it’s beautiful and I really like the digital display. The noise level is so quiet, I forget it is even running. I like that it is tall and not long, if that makes sense. Some issues I have right now, is mostly about how much heat it emits! The front glass is NOT heat resistant and you will get burned if you touch it. I have also never had an oven that puts off as much heat through the front as this one. I have to make sure it’s clear around it or I’m afraid it will start a fire. The front glass also feels a little cheap and not as sturdy as previous ovens like Borosil. Again, I will update on how it bakes once I’ve used it more.

Not recommended: Bad product and after sales services.
I am writing this review after using it 4 months. It’s touch panel is not working properly after which I had raised complaint to it’s customer support to get it repaired but now it’s been almost a month issue has not been resolved yet. Technician came with bulb as it’s bulb button in panel is not working but actual issue was not bulb and then he said we’ll let you know once panel will be in stock with us meanwhile he asked me to close the request as it was too old but I clearly denied because it’s completely their fault as their response is very poor. So finally I would not recommend this product because its panel stopped working properly just after 3-4 months and their after sales service is also very poor.

ITS PHILIPS....SO ITS QUALITY.VERY GOOD PRODUCT WITH EASE IN USE DUE TO PRESET MENU AS THE MOST ATTRACTIVE THING OF THIS OTG.
