Sent item that powered on but was non functional. Spent time to troubleshoot thinking issue was due to setup. Determined it was from a batch identified as defective by manufacturer and was refused return because it was past 30 days. Bottom line the item was not functional when sold. Beware buying used from Triplenet Pricing INC

Printer stated on box that it was NOT to be shipped outside Canada. Seller also had us pay the shipping which they said that they would reimburse. They wanted the printer shipped back to them so they could look at it and replace it. Told them that we are wanting a refund because this printer was ONLY to be used in China
