These little cups can stay tight on my skin without ease to fall, help releasing my muscle pain after I used them. Three different sizes for treating different area such elbow, shoulder and back. Also the material are very sturdy. Small thing does a big job. Love it!

I have had cupping done for decades. After being at an acupuncture appointment and a glass cup popping off and breaking on the floor and the acupuncturist commenting that they are super cheap, it got me to thinking that I should just order my own set. I ordered these silicone suction ones as I felt they would be easiest to use on my own. From past treatment history (dry cupping, both glass and silicone) and a couple of books from the library, it was quick to sort out how to use properly. I made an essential oil/coconut oil mixture for the cups. I personally only get $600 in acupuncture extended benefits per year, so this is a great alternative to having to pay private for the excess. I do notice that there can be a double line left depending on how tight you suction it on, so be careful you are not damaging your skin.
