A Strong Start for the One Piece Card Game
As a fan of both One Piece and collectible card games, I was excited to try out the Romance Dawn (OP-01) set. Here's my experience: Pros: Rich Artwork: The cards feature stunning illustrations from the anime and manga, capturing the essence of the One Piece world. Diverse Card Types: With 121 possible card types, including commons, uncommons, rares, super rares, secret rares, and leaders, there's a lot to collect and strategize with. Alternative Art Cards: Each booster box includes one alternative art card from six types, adding an extra layer of excitement for collectors. Compatibility: The set is designed to work seamlessly with the starter decks, allowing for easy deck building and customization. Cons: Price Point: The Romance Dawn booster boxes are priced higher than some other sets, which might be a consideration for budget-conscious collectors. Availability: Due to its popularity, the set can be challenging to find at retail price, leading to inflated secondary market prices. Conclusion: Overall, Romance Dawn offers a compelling mix of beautiful artwork and strategic depth, making it a must-have for One Piece fans and card game enthusiasts alike.
