Decent but now expensive
I started using this brand after summer 2023, started with the lemon one and then moved on to mango, I enjoy them and they are sweet and tasteful, they can taste quite bitter but it’s manageable and you forget about it after several uses. I definitely feel the difference when I use this versus not using it, I take mine when I wake up and it definitely prepares me for my day better than without taking it. My only concern is that when I started buying this it was £26 and now it’s £40, that’s enough of a price hike to make me look elsewhere.

Not as tasty as others.
Good quality product. However has a taste more like dioralyte and constantly leaves a white crystalline substance in the bottom of my bottle which can be quite hard to clean out as it appears to adhere to it.

Good but not best
Flavour great, the only issue is the fact there are some white bits which do not dissolve. Other than that, can recommend

Wow! We loved these!
Love that's it's stevia! That's what caught my eye first and why we bought it in the first place. Also, they had a great sale going. The taste and quality is definitely there. We love peach and mango! It's also very hot in our area so the benefits of having electrolytes is huge and this makes it so easy. We've also been trying to up our water intake to stop snacking and just focus on hydration. I've also had more energy. It's been great with these. Can't wait to try more flavors!

Very tasty!
I was surprised at how good this flavor is. I previously bought this brand, lemon flavor, and it tasted medicinal. I really am pleased with the Peach Mango. I also like the individual packets, makes it easy to mix the right amount.

Full refund received.
I work out for over two hours a day and sweat a lot, so I need to add electrolytes to my water to feel balanced. But this powder is just wrong on so many levels. First, the taste, I got the peach mango flavor, and while it’s edible, it tastes as artificial as it gets. Then there’s the digestion issue. Drinking this while being active causes massive stomach upset. I actually feel like I’m going to vomit because my stomach treats it like poison, and I end up burping constantly during my workout. As for hydration? Not a chance. The aftertaste makes you feel even drier than before you drank it. And since it makes you feel sick, you never actually feel okay. The only real benefit I noticed is if you go for, say, 10 days of training without any electrolytes, this might help—but only if you take it 3-4 hours before your workout. In that case, it does make you feel rehydrated after a few hours. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this more than once every two weeks. Review Update: They provided full refund. I am changing from 1 star to 5 stars.

Love them
These are great electrolytes. Mixes well, tastes great and good value for money. Only downside is you can taste the vitamins after it sits for a while- so drink up quickly!

Great taste. Mixes well. Needs more potassium. No maltodextrin?
TLDR: LOVE the peach mango flavour (it’s the only one I’ve tried and probably the one I’ll stick to), mixes well, wish it had more potassium like Dr Berg’s electrolyte mix (1000 mg/serving), still need to confirm if maltodextrin is present in this electrolyte mix. I’ve posted this question to the seller, and will update once they respond. I tried this as an alternative to Dr Berg’s electrolytes, as they’re ridiculously expensive to order here in Canada, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I find the peach mango has a very nice flavour, but because of B vitamins and other trace minerals present in the powder, it does taste a little bit like vitamins. Another review said it tasted like Flintstone vitamins lol, and I have to say they’re kinda right, but it’s actually not THAT bad!! Also saw another review about the lemonade kind I think it was, turning urine fluorescent—that’s just due to B vitamins, it’s nothing to worry about. If you take a B complex vitamin, the same thing will happen. One thing that concerns me is seeing maltodextrin in the ingredients list for the lemonade mix. I spotted it in a pic that was way at the end of the long string of pics for lemonade, and I only saw it in the lemonade. However, it makes me wonder if maltodextrin could be present in certain batches, depending on the stevia used in the powder. That definitely disqualifies this electrolyte powder for anyone on keto/low carb/carnivore, as maltodextrin has a rating of 95-136 on the Glycemic Index, which is actually higher than table sugar! I’d have to say the one con for me with this mix is that the potassium content is quite low. The reason I was buying Dr Berg’s electrolytes is because of the high potassium content (1000 mg/serving). Overall, I really enjoy this electrolyte powder, but wish Key Nutrients would increase the potassium content to match Dr Berg’s. Thanks for reading.
