can this product be used on women's hair?

Except for maybe a scent, it's the same thing as all the other high-holding gels. It says it's for men so dudes (or some dudes) don't feel funny using a styling product.

Whats the difference between the fiber in 3oz can and the squeeze tube?

The product in the can is more of a molding paste. The product in the tube is a cream. I prefer the cream

Does this make the hair sticky or crunchy?

Using very much makes hair stiff and crunchy

what is the difference between the "fiber cream" and the "firm hold gel" (for flaking, hold, etc)?

fiber creams might cause flaking. The gel can go from hard wet look to dry by only combing
