Excellent reference book to submit comprehensive bids on construction jobs - the book helps you take the guess work out of how much to bid for certain jobs. We just confidently submitted our first bid!! I had a difficult at first figuring out how to use the data in the book. I read the whole book, cover to cover, and was still confused. I called the 800 number for RS Means to see if I could get someone to clarify how a small business can best use this book. To my surprise, I was connected to a customer service representative who answered ALL of my questions!! I'm very pleased with the book and especially with the customer service.

The product was advertised as RS Means Data 2018, I received a copy of the 2016 data. My cost estimates are now 2 additional years out of date.
