Worst buy
I purchased an ASUS laptop that was advertised to have a backlit keyboard but didn’t include this feature. With in one month touch pad not working. Please don't buy these cheap laptop

My first experience with this laptop:-They scamed me by showing that this laptop contains backlit in their product image, after receiving there was no backlit keyboard.The display quality and build quality is decent(i did run 4k videos from YouTube (it lagged a bit))The performance is good, it does not lag. If you are looking for work/buissness oriented laptop with decent display quality then this is a good choice. Rest all features are good. I did get ms office lifetime and 1 yr antivirus of mcafee. Over all it's an average laptop. If you are looking for a good laptop with no backlit for coding then this is a good choice. Battery life is good. Weight is 1.6 kg. It has dual slot memory.

Disappointing Experience with Laptop Purchase and Return Process
I purchased an ASUS laptop that was advertised to have a backlit keyboard but didn’t include this feature. Within three days, the laptop started showing defects. After contacting ASUS Service Center, they issued a DOA certificate. However, Amazon refused to accept the return, citing their return policy. Left with no choice, I filed a case with the consumer court. Only after 17 days did Amazon finally accept the return. This experience was highly frustrating and disappointing

waste product do not buy, product is different from specification
I had ordered this laptop but when recieved laptop is different from given specification1. No OLED panel - This laptop has LCD panel which not viewing in other side , other side viewing negative image2. No backlit keyboard3. Not value for money , Buying this means wasting moneyThis seller and Amazon together are fooling us; even after complaining to Amazon they did not return the product. Full waste of money

I had ordered this laptop but when recieved laptop is different from given specification1. No OLED panel - This laptop has IPS panel having only 250 nits peak brightness2. No backlit keyboardMy recommendation do not buy laptop online better go buy offline shop check everything before buy.

Worst display and speakers
Hi All,bought this laptop 2 days before and it is utterly disappointing that the display is the worst and the speakers are not quite loud. Just dont buy
