I have been using this neckband for the past 2 years. It has wonderful bass, great sound quality, and is made with durable materials, making it long-lasting. The only issue is the microphone—the voice output is not very clear. Other than that, this is a very good neckband.

All good but not the best because the call quality is poor and sound can be improved in this price . But built quality is awesome and battery is surprising and no problem with connectivity and latency only one thing you miss in this neckband is it's sound quality which is ok ok and it's call quality which can bes more improvement.👍🏻

I had ordered this for for my mother who is not too tech savvy. The built, sound and mic quality is good and for senior citizens this is a no hassle product, is portable, and removes hassle of locating (wired earphones) or carry extra cases (earbus chargers) once you configure it for them. Two suggestions; a. have the USB C on the other side of the volume controls - becomes easy for such user to locate it. b. The magnets used for holding the earphones can be slightly more stronger. At this price, am not expecting it to behave like what the One Plus neckbands do, but certainly the magnets can be made to hold the earpiece a little more tighter.
