Seem to work well
Im I think these lowered my sugar too much actually. I don’t have any sugar issues, except that I exercise often and that can lead to it going down. Taking two of these caused my sugar to drop in excess. So I gave them to my dad who does have high sugar. Not sure if they made a difference for him, but based on my experience they were effective for metabolism. I did crack it open and try it. It’s not spicy. It’s sweet tasting, and mild, no burn, no bathroom issues.
