As described.
As described, works perfectly for an arcade project I'm working on! Good price too.

Where do I begin...
Arrived damaged, not the packaging but the product itself, both cathode only lit half way which after some research I found was due to faulty transformer, then, the cheap unbraided cables fell out of the 4 pin Molex head. All in all, a pretty bad product, also just a heads up to any one contemplating purchasing any form of cold cathode, they contain mercury and have had a number of cases where the product had become faulty due to excessive use and exploded, damaging vital components in people's pc's.
