My worms love these! My worms have basically devoured these worm blankets and spend a lot of their time in/on them. I cut them up to fit the tops of my worm bins and it was super easy. The handle is nice for picking it up off of the compost but isn’t 100% necessary. The quality is very decent, but my worms devoured it, so I will have to buy more eventually.

I place it in my worm bin and they just loved it. I went to feel them and they were all over the blanket.

I read reviews before purchasing which prepared me to immediately wash upon arrival. That being said this is LITERALLY a cut up burlap sac. I could have bought fabric, I'm new to vermicomposting making this a learning experience.

I placed in my worm beds but they disintegrate within 4 months

Blanket works well. Worms are thriving under it and I’ve had no worm escape attempts.

we got this as a replacement for the worm blankets that came with our Subpod worm composter. These are super fragile. I will try something else before I purchase this version again.

I am really disappointed in these worm blankets. The first thing I noticed was the smell. It has a chemical/ toxic smell. I need to replace my previous worm blanket, so I felt forced to use it. My subpod has two sides. The one with this worm blanket had no worms near the surface. The other side had lots of worms under the original worm blanket. I will be replacing it as soon as possible with an earth friendly, organic one.
