Excellent product and service

I wanted to try a smaller keyboard better suited to my workspace and this item fits the bill. I have no complaints about how it works and only time would tell about the letters wearing off as mentioned by reviewers. Is it really too much to ask that such an item come with proper instructions? There are some notes about what has been loaded into the function keys but that is all. For instance how does one place a tilde on the letter n? There are online instructions about a keystroke combination that didn't work with this keyboard. I could have found a workaround if I could access the Insert menu, but I can't see any way to access it. In the absence of instructions it does appear to me that not all the functions we expect to access from our keyboard, of any kind, are available with the K168. I suspect I will have to revert to my full size keyboard, with peeling keys. Incidentally, before anyone mentions it, I have tried setting my PC to the Spanish keyboard.

Had the product less than 2 months and the battery died, I changed the battery and it’s stopped working.

Love this keyboard, keys are so soft with minimal noise when pushed.

Day one review – very happy with my purchase! I had previously purchased a name brand basic keyboard that must not have been full size. Hated it! Small, slippery glossy plastic keys that would stick and were hard to hit. This keyboard? Very quiet and soft touch. Love the color too! Off white base and muted turquoise /very dark sea foam-ish colored keys . The larger keys are showing to be more accurate for my typing style. Keyboard has a caps lock light, a num lock light and a battery level light… Love those too! Had trouble getting that very well attached sticker off the back of the keyboard showing where the dongle was housed. Finally got it off and there was a sticky residue left behind but it was nothing that an alcohol prep pad (70% isopropyl alcohol) couldn’t handle… The gripper feet on the bottom really keep this keyboard in place. Included in the package were 2 generic AAA batteries. There is “about” an 8 degree slope (rise) from the front to the back which is acceptable. No elevation feet at the back but when shopping for a new keyboard I discovered that fewer and fewer keyboards are being manufactured with that feature. Too easy to break or always collapsing?

Bought this to replace the keyboard I used in my classroom. Love how light weight it is. The keys are also very easy to use. You don’t have to press hard at all. Battery life lasts a long time. However, we moved and the USB insert was lost. Is there a way to order just the USB piece for the keyboard so I can still use it? Thank you!

Like everyone I saw all the high ratings and I thought that the product should be great. The product itself is lightweight and quite comfortable to type on. Sadly after a month, the batteries died, and even after replacing them, the keyboard refuses to start again. After multiple attempts of trying to fix the keyboard, I would run into the same problem. For just a month of use, this is totally not worth it. Other keyboards are cute and work perfectly, but this is not one of them.The product may appear nice but in reality, is a piece of garbage. Save yourself the money and time, just invest a couple more dollars into a product that can last you years.

I loved this keyboard, quiet, good keys, looked great. But it died less than a year after I got it.Tried replacing batteries etc. Nothing

My wife ordered this keyboard for work and loved it. After a few weeks of daily use it has almost quit working all together. When typing the keys do not work and you have to wiggle the USB adapter or unplug it and connect again for it to work for a few minutes before stopping again. It has become so much of a hassle over the past week that it has had to be trashed since the return window has passed. Next time we will spend a little more and hope to have better results and a keyboard that lasts longer than 7 weeks before biting the dust.
