Marketing Management: Analysis, Planning, Implementation, and Control

Excellent Book!!! Most of all the topic discussed provide clear and precise details. This book is definitely useful for anyone new to the world of marketing. Philip Kotler is an excellent writer.

I think this book is a must have, for anyone involved in Marketing and/or Business Management or the studying there in.

Most CEOs I work with feel that they would like to have more, and more profitable customers. This is the book for them, because it lays out all of the elements of what must be done. If you have the right customers, you have great potential for future progress. If you also apply the lessons of "The 2,000 Percent Solution", you will do even better because the rest of what you do will become as successful as your marketing, based on Kotler's superb book "Marketing Management."

To me, a student of Hotel Management in Switzerland, this book has been refered to by my marketing lecturer (he called it the BIBLE). Well, what else is there to say...

I am a MBA student in Taiwan. Our teacher use this book in his 90 students' class. The midterm and final test are in English followed by the teachers' test samples. I do not feel the right way how the test goes. I got the middle-lower score. I like to read the cases followed by the theory, but I falled in theory its-self with the way the test used. Is there somthing wrong? I was told it is a great book. I think it is a useful book in USA but market may different in Asia . As a minority , I suggest more application on Asia market and review the test method that may widely use this book in Asia 2-3 billion people.

I recommend it to my marketing students of the University of Buenos Aires,Argentina,and as a consultor also to my clients, because Philip Kotler, gives us evolutionary theorical and practical skills adapted to any country.
