How do I increase flow or pressure in rain shower.? Attached hand held is much stronger. All water savers removed.

Rain shower heads are designed to have a softer spray then a standard shower head so if you removed the flow restrictor from the ball joint there isnt a way to get a stronger flow. Rain shower heads are supposed to mimic the rain and be a softer shower experience, we do not recommend using a rain shower for an every day shower for washing shampoo out of her hair, its not going to be a strong forceful shower head.

does the shower head come with the shower arm?

I returned the shower head because it was to small and I don’t think it came with the arm! If it’s included it will say do!

Does it pivot and how will it impact the flow of water?

I returned it but pivoting doesn’t impact the flow!

Is the showerhead plastic>

It has metal plumbing guts what you see is 100% plastic, NOT chrome.
