MagEnhance Magnesium Complex, Magtein® L-Threonate, Glycinate for Sleep

I know the title that I put could appear to be exaggerated . It is not . This magnesium is just incredible. It worked right away to help me with sleep . Taking two capsules just before sleep. Consequently my mental health is much better too which helped so much with my anxiety. Now I order 6 at a time to reduce the cost and will not live without it . My partner is a convert too. As a couple my snoring used to be a serous problem in our relationship but now she takes one pill before sleep and end up sleeping deeply without being disturbed . Honestly I cannot recommend this magnesium enough. I experiented with other magnesium in the past and it did nothing to me . I think this combination with the Taurate is what makes it special . We call it the magic pill .

I bought Magnesium Glycinate after recommendation from a popular blog for sleep related problems. I was a little sceptical initially as I have used hundreds of alternative products for sleep/insomnia with poor outcomes. However this has been a gamechanger. Every time I take it, I am assured that I will get a good night's sleep. I started slowly with 2 caps the first night, but got a impatient and took all 3 in 2 days. I did not have any bowel problems and they worked the first time. I must add that the size of the capsules are a big large but they do help with my sleep and I will continue to use them. I got so encouraged by this product that I am ordering other supplements from their company. The price of the product is a bit more as well but I think it is compensated by the quality.

I bought this high quality product many times. I strongly recommend everyone, especially those with ADHD.

I’ve only been taking this a few days and have started on a low dose as I’m quite deficient and want to minimise the side effects as my body gets used to having optimal levels. So far, so good, no excess headaches over and above what I normally suffer. Although at the moment it’s not helped with my sleep, I am only on one capsule a day before bed. I will be taking two from Saturday so I will update if it improves. The email from the CEO to se show I’m getting on is a good touch and nice to see there are still humans involved in business and they’re not all about churning out to the masses!! Well done!! Over the years I’ve tried a number of magnesium brands that promised the earth but intelligent labs is the only one that consistently delivers a great night sleep. I wake up fully refreshed every morning.

After a few weeks of taking this magnesium supplement (building it up slowly as directed) I noticed much better quality sleep patterns. As a long time insomniac I still have restless nights but when I do sleep I now experience a deeper sleep and wake up feeling more alert and able to apply myself effectively to the day. I always consider how I feel when I wake up and then check my fitbit. On the days I feel alert and happy I have always had a good hour of deep sleep and this has become more the norm since taking this supplement. I even wake up less during the night and when I do wake up I am not as restless but more relaxed and calm and so get back off to sleep more easily. It has also improved my mood massively. My daughter reports that I am like a different person more like my old self - bright and bubbly. The only downside is the cost which while I'm sure reflects the quality also means I may struggle to keep going with it consistently. I find the capsules easy to take but then I've never had a problem swallowing tablets. Delivery is prompt and packaging good. You need to remember to up the liquid intake in case you get bound up. My bowel movements have also improved becoming regular and always feeling that I've completely 'emptied' each morning. I did also suffer with leg and foot cramps at night this has also gone since taking this magnesium. Customer care is brilliant, prompt in repling and extremely helpful with any queries about health and ways to get the best from product plus signposting to other areas of specialist help.

These tablets do work and definitely improve my sleep and overall wellbeing and energy levels. I've been on off these tablets over the years but always have the same issue which has finally made me give up on these... This BIG issue being they go out of stock for a long period of time. It's now been nearly 3 months and I haven't been able to buy them anywhere. It's shocking business management bearing in mind some people are really relying on these supplements for sleep etc. I've given up for good now and currently I am just purchasing tablets separately for each type of magnesium that is in this magnesium blend and it seems to be working. Just a warning and advice for everyone who starts on these just buy all your types of magnesium on the ingredient list separately.

UPDATE 21-06-18 The next time I went to order this, it was out of stock - when it came into stock I ordered again. This has happened again since. UNFORTUNATELY on each new 'batch' coming in they have seemed less effective - first I increased to 2 capsules, and that had a similar effect as only 1 had done previously. The next time they again seemed less effective, so I've now increased to 3 capsules. I don't know if they've changed supplier or the production process, but for me they are way less effective than they were. I'm now ordering a new bottle, again after they have been out of stock - if they have got worse this time I won't be buying them again. ORIGINAL REVIEW - This had a noticeable positive effect on my sleep from the very first night of taking just 1 capsule. It also has helped to clear some of the 'brain fog' I get. I have tried 2 capsules on various occasions, but I then get very much sleepier the next day than usual, which is a shame. Overall I recommend this if you get broken sleep and/or 'brain fog' - don't expect miracles, but if you're like me you could see an improvement :-)

So far, I am extremely pleased with the MagEnhance Best Magnesium supplement. It contains 3 of the most bio-available forms of magnesium, including L-threonate, the only one that crosses the blood brain barrier and can directly affect your nervous system. I have chronic pain and sleep issues secondary to lupus, and have been supplementing my physician prescribed med regime with magnesium for years, but having done a bit of research, I found that the supplement I had been taking was probably not as effective for the reasons I was taking it. So I shopped around and found this one. It's very reasonably priced compared to other brands with similar high grade ingredients and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I received my product quickly and shortly thereafter received an email from the company with tips on how to take the supplement, suggesting to build up the dosage slowly to avoid headaches or gastric discomfort, and a contact number in case I had further questions. I followed their suggestions and honestly even at low dose, I have slept better and have not had even a hint of a migraine. Unlike previous mg supplements I have taken, this one didn't give me diarrhea either. I had a mild stomach ache the first two nights I took it, but no other adverse effects. I am starting the full recommended dose tonight. I plan on ordering more and doubling the order so my husband can start taking it too. He also has chronic pain and insomnia as well as diabetic neuropathy. I am hoping this can help him. It certainly.can't hurt!

Sleep is better just one bottle in. Started out just taking 1 then moved up to 2 tablets. Brain fog seems to be getting a little better too.
