I recently received the SP-Long Bar (knockoff ROT8 style), and the one I received came with obvious defects right out of the box. There were multiple inconsistencies in the finish, including visible blemishes along the attachment points, and the central hole showed signs of poor welding to repair damage. This was sent as new, SMH! Functionally, the bar still works, but this kind of structural defect raises serious concerns for any cable attachment, especially one marketed as HEAVY DUTY. If you're planning to order one, I strongly recommend inspecting as soon as it arrives. Check the welds, alignment, and finish quality before considering it safe or worth keeping.

I have 2 stacks at 110lbs each this helps me join 2 stacks for 220lbs for pull downs etc, strong enough zero flex in the metal. Works perfect for my use.

I used it in reverse to attach double pulleys. Works great.

My husband thought it worked amazing, he's a perosnal trainer.
