Very bad, remote is missing, no white color

1. Remote control missing from package. 2. I have removed its glue and stick on to TV & how am i suppose to return this item ?

The box was opened before delivering and missing the remote that should come in the box as per the description.

I sticked it behind the tv and it was not working from the second day !!! Now cannot return too all packing has discarded and its sticker also removed !! Bad quality
