First one broke, second was great!
I bought this fan to sit with me out on the deck and really liked it the first time I used it. The wind settings are powerful and the oscillation makes it even better. The remote works well and the fan beeps to let you know it's responding. I wouldn't exactly call this a lightweight fan--the plastic is lightweight, but the unit overall is a little hefty. But it feels durable and is very easy to carry, due to the little recessed handle at the top. The fact that there's a pocket for the remote is awesome, but it doesn't snap in in any sort of way, so the remote can easily fall out while you are moving the unit. Some other downsides of note:- The hook does not rotate, which I found a little inconvenient. The fan cannot rotate more than 90 degrees from the base, so there is no way to hang it from the opposite direction of the hook.- The LED indicator lights are not bright enough to see in the daylight. The biggest issue though is that the unit died on me after one use and would not turn on again after being left to recharge. There is no response from the buttons nor the remote, either plugged in or unplugged. I reached out to the seller via the warranty email and got a reply the next day. I sent a video of the fan failing to turn on and they shipped me a new one for free! Great customer service. The second fan is excellent and works as expected. I have had no problem running it for multiple hours at a time, including while plugged in and charging.

This is the one you want!
I have a graveyard of discarded fans that just didn't do what they promised. I'm a menopausal woman living off the grid in the Las Vegas desert. And the longest lasting, most powerful, durable, fast-charging fan out there is this little guy hands down. In addition it was $10+ under the other comparable brands. It's USB charged, works through the night with no problems and has a remote in case you don't feel like standing up to change the settings. I had one last year and loved it. I came back to it after trying some of the fancier versions. They sucked. Pick this guy. It's the best.

BEST Small Fan I've Tested - Long Lasting, Powerful Wind, Lights, Charger
I tested several brands of fan for a camping trip in Texas in August for our tents at night. The other fans were less powerful and batteries died quickly. This fan went on sale and I jumped on it, and it was so worth it. We have three of these now. They have 4 fan settings, the highest is stronger than the other fans I had tested. The battery will last almost 7 hours at full fan. The good thing is that the fan is strong enough to feel it pretty well at 2 level, which will get you way more battery life. If you stayed on the 1-2 settings of fan level you can get a couple days out of it. It has two settings for LED light that is VERY bright. It has a USB charger port in case you need to charge, but it is slow, but nice to have as a backup. It has a hook to hang from the top of your tent. It has a setting to swivel back and forth that has a broad rotate and a shorter rotate which is awesome you have control on that. Lastly, it tilts forward/back and then also left ot right. These really are a great little fan purchase I would recommend 100%

Life savior!
This fan is my hero! I use it for working in a very hot RV and whenever I lose power. It lasts a long time, it is pretty breezy, it oscillates and on top of that it charges any of your devices. This one is a must!

Small Comforts Go A Long Way In Hurricane.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this fan in April of this past year and it runs 24/7 in my work area, where the video is taken, and it still works great! However, I never used it in a crisis situation. When Hurricane Helene hit the Mountains of Western North Carolina, it devastated our area. I lost electricity for almost 2 weeks, but the first 3 days it was 86 degrees, and it was hot and miserable inside the house, and the only thing charged was the fan.The fan light is bright, and I was able to use it to get around the house when the power went out. The first night about 7:30 PM, I put the fan on level one, and the battery was at 100%. The fan was still going strong when I woke up at 7:30 AM and used it on low until about 9 AM.The 2nd night I used a tiny battery pack and charged the fan first, to get it as close as possible to 100% battery. I put the fan back in the window at the same time as the first night, but set the fan on speed three, and the fan was STILL going when I woke up and also left it to cool until about 9 AM.The 3rd night, I put the fan in the window at the exact time as the first 2 nights, but I set the fan to oscillate on the highest setting at speed four, and it died about 4 AM.The small amount of time I was able to charge the fan, only being at 100% the first night, using the light, this fan worked fantastic!**The one I bought was the more expensive of the two fans with lights in the middle.Furthermore, this little fan can move a lot of air. I am really happy with this purchase, and I plan to buy a few more of the them for emergencies because it really was a life savor. Small comforts go a long way in tough situations.

Fantastic little fan
Powerful lightning, long range remote and long enough battery duration but maybe too short on higher fan speeds

great for what I needed but I wish the battery charged faster
I bought this fan for my spare room that doesn't have wiring for a fan but is west-facing and gets really hot in the afternoons. The fan definitely helps to circulate air and keep the room cool but it is a bit louder than I anticipated though not disturbing. My only qualm is that the battery takes hours to charge and I find myself having to charge the fan every day or every other day to keep up with my needs. I think if you're planning on using this sparingly or just nightly when camping, the battery life is great and the charging time won't be a problem. For continuous use, this may not be the best option due to it taking hours to charge up again. I also wish there was a silent feature when using the remote to change the settings because the beep is loud for each adjustment.
