This product was delivered promptly, well packaged and in good condition. It has to be put together but instructions are clear. It is very good value for money. Very comfortable, fully adjustable and the massage facility works well. It also looks smart and the fabric looks as though it will be hard-wearing.

A good product and very comfortable. It’s got a high back and therefore good neck support. Reasonably easy to assemble unaided.

Bought this chair, delivery was very prompt, packaging was good. Putting it together was straightforward as the screws etc packed securely in plastic, so no dropping them on the floor. The chair is comfortable, the massage feature is good but quite noisy. Only one thing against, I really don't feel any heat, if it's there, it's very weak. Overall I like the chair and it's comfortable, good value and I would recommend it.

The heating part does nothing and the thigh vibration also does nothing. The lower back vibration is good but the upper back one makes a horrible noise. Easy to put together but doesn't recline very far.

Now, I have owned this chair for a couple of weeks now and I can tell my partner and I are delighted.The delivery was absolutely ridiculous, I purchased the item and the day after I had the delivery guys knocking on my door. It did come very well protected and packaged and you do need to assemble it, though it takes a bit of time. I recommend two people to mount this up as some steps on the instructions, though very well detailed, do require a bit of help. As said, all parts are well protected and instructions very clear. Once assembled you only got to sit on it and relax.We have had all types of guests sitting on it, and almost jumping onto it and the chair does take that and more, it is quite sturdy. The 'massage' functions are various and you have a lot to choose from but don't expect to have a rolling type of massage, the chair does vibrate and quite strongly I must say. It does recline very easily and the finish is just awesome. I had to pass through all the leather type of reclining chairs of the first page, as I did not fancy them, and ended up risking it all to get this chair.You will not regret it, this chair is robust and very good looking. We may go and get another one in a couple of weeks as we are quite impressed. I do recommend this product.

I purchased a pair of these & am very pleased with them. The seat height is a little higher than my old chairs, but now I have got used to it, it's fine (& makes getting out easier!). The seating is firm but very comfortable (like a German car) & they look good too. I don't use the massage function - I could only find this style & colour with the massage function included (but the wires can be tucked inside the covers). The one time I tried it, it was rather noisy & I didn't find it relaxing; you really don't need it. The chair & footstool require assembly. The instructions are clear & the parts all have identifying marks. Everything fitted together well; the two chairs & stools took me about 80 minutes - a large part of that was in un-wrapping the carefully packed components. The only problem is that my cats also find them very comfortable!

Comfortable,the massage works reasonably well. Would be better if stool height could be altered as well I find it a little low.Unsure of covering material and filling quality, feels a bit stiff and strange. You can lock it's seating position but when you want to get out or sit again it's awkward, and you can't reach the lock screw from a seated position. So are you supposed to leave it loose which jumps and slides at every movement or lock it and strain the seat action when you move in or out of it?Answers please.

This recliner not does have good lumbar support, I feel a backache after sitting in it for more than 45 minutes or so. Also, the massage function is not much more than a bunch of vibration motors.
