Not recommended. Waste of money. ❌
Very disappointed with this product. I purchased this massage gun expecting it to last much longer, but it stopped working within just 20 days of use. I contacted customer care for assistance, but instead of providing support, I was told that the warranty/replacement period was already over. A product failing within such a short time clearly raises concerns about its quality and reliability. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of after-sales support. Customers expect a product to function properly for more than a few weeks and to receive reasonable assistance when it doesn’t. I would not recommend this product based on my experience. Buyers should carefully consider the product quality and warranty support before purchasing. Not recommended. Waste of money. ❌

Defective products on Amazon
Got a defective product from Amazon. The bottom when pressed just digs into the massager making it useless. The number of fake and defective products on Amazon has increased. I tried replacing it but the replacement NEVER CAME. But it always shows it was delivered. Since I wanted this product itself I reached out to customer support but there is no way to do it. Stuck with the ai chat box and forced to return the product. Worst customer experience ever. It’s funny how e-commerce platforms are forcing me to buy things offline now.

There is no charging and fully charged indicators. How can we know that product is charging or fully charged. Continues to charge the battery maybe damage

Turns off automatically in between
Waste of money doesn’t turn on turns off automatically while using and now not even turning on for product support also they just have some troubleshoot steps which are not at all helpful need a replacement or atleast make this product work with some technical help please!

I want to state that this massager gun is terrible. I even had it replaced once, but it is still defective. Therefore, I would like a refund of my money to my account and for the massager gun to be taken back.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. I baught it a few months ago amd now its battery died within 2-3 minutes of usage even on full charge. I asked for replacement or repair from support they did nothing. Please don't waste your money on these cheap chinese labelled products.
