Philips 14W Emergency LED Bulb | Stellar Bright B22 Inverter LED Bulb for Power Cuts | Crystal White, Pack of 1

Well..It may have been around for sometime but this is my first time using an Inverter bulb which eventually should replace my Battery set. Technically it has a ( I would not say quirk) few conditions and those while imperative still need to be addressed. The wiring needs to be PERFECT and so does the SWITCH and the BULB HOLDER. I had to change a couple of Holders. It would seem the CURRENT FLOW while okay to light up a bulb during normal power supply MAY NOT be enough to light up the inverter bulb during a power cut or so my electrician told me. I changed the HOLDER and voila! there was light. it needs charging and after 3 hour of keeping the light on, I could see the bulb light up during a staged power shutdown. It's decent and at a price point where I am actually thinking of changing the entire lot. The limitation is that it only has BRIGHT WHITE as an option. I prefer warmer hues...it's too blue for me for my living room. If you are okay with CORRECTING whatever line, Switches or holder faults ( if any ) you have then it's not even a debate , Just go for it. I normally do not encounter a lot of power cuts but it's for emergencies and it's worth the effort and minuscule cost addition. The biggest USP however is that it's Philips and I have seldom seen ( Never actually myself) it gone wrong.

This rechargeable LED bulb performs very well overall. The brightness is excellent, charging works properly, and it provides reliable backup during power cuts. The build quality feels good, installation is simple, and the light output is sufficient for a room. Battery backup is decent and the bulb is convenient for emergency situations. A solid product that offers good performance and peace of mind during outages. Recommended.

It's best but it's little dim while working after the power out

This is a very bad product. I bought this Philips emergency bulb expecting good quality from a known brand, but it did not even work for 1 month. It stopped functioning completely after just a few weeks of light use. It is highly unreliable and definitely not worth the money. Save your cash and look for a better alternative.

One of the bulbs from this pack has stopped working and is no longer turning on or holding a charge. Same has happened before with previous order; this shows poor quality!

Good Quality Item And Good Delivery

When the mains power is available, the light glows very brightly. However, when the power goes out, it becomes much dimmer, almost like an 8.5-watt bulb.
