H2D Wide Professional Hair Straighteners

I’m not usually one to post feedback on a amazon product but I thought I should as I’m amazed at how good these straighteners are! Before ordering I read the reviews and thought ‘oh yeah... if they are not GHD’s then surely they carnt be this good? Anyway I got them delivered before the delivery due day (may I add) I gave them a whirl and WOW! Even my daughter who works in a salon as a qualified stylist says they are just a good as GHD’s if not even better! Go ahead ladies/gents give them a try, you will be amazed. 😊

Wanted to buy ghd's but these were half the price and the reviews were amazing so thought I'd trust them, bare in mind £60 is still not cheap! All other straighteners that cost between £25-£40 work well on my hair keep it frizz free and mostly straight all day. These H2D straighteners don't even straighten my hair in the first place, it looks puffy and a bit frizzy no matter how long I do it for. No exaggeration five minutes after straightening my hair it goes curly again. This is on the highest heat as well!These straighteners don't go up as high a temp as most other brands as well.Waste of money, I should have just bought GHDs

Very Disappointed,Been using these for 2 months.Straighteners have developed an intermittent problem.They won't heat or light up when plugged in to power source.Purchase on Amazon from AmazonEU SarL.Note: I had a previous H2D, same model, that worked for years no problem.I now have to go through all the hoops with the manufacturer to request replacement or refund.Can't recommend these straighteners.

I've always used GHD but after my 4th pair decided to stop working I decided I was never buying another pair and also knowing GHD are far too hot and damage your hair I looked into other options. I saw these and read the reviews and was extremely apprehensive as I have quite frizzy wavy hair which is hard to tame sometimes. I am so impressed I have these on 180° and they smooth and sleek my hair so quickly and easily. The large places are fab so it's a lot quicker too.Already been recommending these to family and friends . Hopefully they last!

I bought these to replace my broken GHDs. I have thick, mixed race hair and had been eyeing up the wide plate straighteners for a while but funds are tight (even considered second hair ones). luckily I found these at a 3rd of the price of the popular brand. Thought I would give them a go. Well my husband said my hair looked nice yesterday after using them (he never usually notices or comments). My hair is so straight and silky and I love the adjustable temperature. A perfect substitute. Would highly recommend. I honestly can't tell the difference between these and the other ones.

I've had these since December and they have been fine until recently when they have been a bit temperamental and sometimes not switching on. Tonight I used them and was shocked that they actually singed my hair. They must have overheated despite the setting not even being on the highest temperature. Luckily I have plenty of hair so it is not too noticeable but it was a terrible thing to happen. Thank goodness it did not not happen to one of my teenage daughters who use the straighteners on occasion. Now the straighteners won't turn on at all, not that I would have used them again. DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE OF BUYING THESE; BUY SOME OTHER STRAIGHTENERS FROM A REPUTABLE OUTLET AND GET A YEAR'S GUARANTEE. I have a pair of Remington straighteners that are still working after years of use.

I bought these straighteners when my GHD wider straighteners finally gave up after 8 years of constant use. I was tempted by these because they were so much cheaper than GHDs but the reviews were good so I went for it and am really pleased with them. They have a variety of heat settings but I have only used them on the hottest, I don't think they are quite as hot as my GHDs but they aren't far off and are certainly hotter than any other makes I've tried in non-wide straighteners. If you are looking for good wide straighteners at a reasonable price these are the ones.

When the straighteners arrived I managed to use them twice before they wouldn’t turn on again, the two times I did use them I found they scraped along the ends of my hair pulling it, all round very cheap design I’ve now bought cloud 9 straighteners and they are well worth the extra money! So smooth and silky. I learnt my lesson trying to get a cheaper alternative.
