Now after about 3 weeks of taking just this product 1 a day (can't cope with 2 a day yet - too big a caffeine rush - I'm only around 50kg) a visible difference to muscle tone. Really enhances the effects of your exercise routine. Not a quick fix, Wont give you muscle if you don't exercise but it makes a difference if you do. Review: Odd - Taken one and didn’t really feel the same impact as I would taking pre-workout with similar caffeine measurement. Did however give me chest pains and uneasy feeling during the day, it stopped around 3pm and I took this at 5am.

Does NOT work! Save your money.
Bought 2 bottles. Not used the 2nd one. Save your money don't buy this one. Look at Glucomannan instead.

5 stars for product and service!
Have used this product in the past and always get the results. It's been a week using it this time round and with the combination of a healthy diet and an exercise routine, I have never felt so good. Remember that this product works even better with a more proactive lifestyle and healthier eating choices. Eat well and train right and I guarantee you will lose that extra weight. Plus, there customer service for additional information on nutrition and exercise is a really nice perk for those who are unaware how to balance a healthy lifestyle!

No sure if is me or the product
Maybe I am not using this product correctly but I put on weight in the last 2 weeks after using it. Despite the fact that I drink a lot of water and a go to the loo about 18 time per day..
