Lattafa Eternal Oud Eau De Parfum Spray, 3,4 Ounce (Unisex)

I maybe giving away my age, but remember the older version of Shalimar? That warmth. That masterful vanilla amber fragrance. Now this is not exactly that however it is so sentimentally close that it made me a bit nostalgic for the original formulation. This is an incredible fragrance. It is an enormous fragrance, and it’s so high end exceptional I cannot recommend it enough. The Oud is stunning. I don’t detect any smokiness to this. It is so smooth. This is very refined, and seems to be a centered toward very upscale date night fragrance. This is perfectly unisex, and would be stunning on anyone. It is as the name states eternal. 12+ hours on skin. It smooths out like silk on the skin in the dry down. Impeccable. Gorgeous.

The initial spray opens up with a subtle spicy grapefruit citrus. An aromic plum and orchid starts to fill the air giving a lightly fruity scent. As it starts to settle you can start to smell a sweet powdery vanilla and maybe some agarwood giving a decent musk that’s inviting. I would say this is a casual afternoon/day time fragrance. Ideal for a sunny, breezy day en route to a casual setting, rather it be an occasion for eating or small social outings. Projects about 2-3 hours with the top notes but has about an additional 2-3 hours of the warm base notes of the vanilla, tonka bean, amber and agarwood aroma. This would be the “get close” stage of the fragrance. It may even last longer based on how heavy you apply your sprays. It has a great presentation with its packaging where you’re greeted with a brown, smooth, almost patent leather casing; so it also plays as a decorative piece if your a cologne connoisseur or collector. With the external casing or the cologne bottle itself. You’re getting a good 3.4 Fl. Oz of this scent which has a vaporisateur nozzle for great application. It sprays a good portion mist for the perfect amount of aroma. I personally am a one to two spray applicator so the vaporizing mist is ideal for me to get the amount of scent I want without having to overspray and saturate the scent. With that being said, this fragrance will last me close to if not more than a year. Overall it’s a good scent for occasional out and abouts. I would say try it out. You wouldn’t be losing even if it’s not for you simply because the price alone.

What a unique smell. I almost didn’t want to leave a review because of how many compliments I get while wearing this I own tons of colognes I have 11 active colognes that I cycle through this one without fail has multiple people commenting how I smell good it’s definitely my most unique scent. I feel like I’m giving away an important family secret by giving us five stars. The bottle looks cool. It last a long time. Smell smells very masculine. And it’s just a great product.

More masculine than I wanted, I gave it away to a friend. It is very manly, not feminine in my opinion at all. But it did smell nice.

I’m not gonna wear this. Bad blind buy. The first thing that came to my mind was a wet pine 2x4. To each his own but this reminds me of Sauvage Elixr type scents which I’m not a fan of along with Creed Aventus type scents.
