Artifical color and sweet
It contains artificial (chemical) color and too much sugar (although it says no sugar, but then some artificial sweetener must have been added). I am trashing away the entire box.

Not Sleeping pills but "Restore your natural sleep cycle" gummies
After a year of insomnia and irregular sleep, these helped me get a 7 hours full sleep. They taste good, come in a box with these candy wrappers so easy to use and easy to store. These are not sleeping pills, they only help restore your natural sleep cycle. If you're sleeping late, these well help you sleep early. A natural drowsiness takes over your mind about 30-45 minutes after you consume these. You'll still need a lot of workout or exercise to tire out your body for these to work properly.
