Royal reeds to the rescue!
I am new to the clarinet, coming very late to the game as a "senior" adult learner. In desperation over my squeaking and squawking, and my difficulty just getting sound to come out, my teacher suggested I try the Rico Royal line, and I noticed an improvement immediately. Maybe it's coincidence, maybe it's in my head, but I DO think these are better-quality reeds. I also appreciated being able to order a 3-pack to try before investing in a 10-pack. They are worth the money, and I will buy again.

Soy nuevo en el mundo del clarinete por lo que empecé con un paquete de 3 dureza 2, punto a favor es que se pueden pedir de 3 e ir subiendo progresivamente sin necesidad de comprar las 10. Es fácil tocar el clarinete, no se me ha complicado supongo que gracias a la caña. Un punto en contra que veo, es que una caña me duró 3 semanas practicando entre 1-2 horas diarias, pensé que al ser sintéticas durarían más pues fui muy cuidadoso con el manejo de la misma. En general me gustó el producto pero es la primera caña que toco.

What can you say about clarinet reeds? The price was pretty good and was returned in value and quality. They’re made from quality material and consistent to their strength. I would but them again.
