Although the device does work, I am sending it back. Connection is easy and stable and reconnects after ignition off. The volume is very very low. Having to increase the volume of the car stereo to maximum just to hear it at a low volume.

Just plugged it in, connected through bluetooth, set the channel, tune the radio into that channel and play your music... couldn't be easier, don't have the channel to close to another radio station though.. it maked it distorted and crackly

It fits in my car and it charges my phone well however it doesn’t sync with my phone or Bluetooth and is quite complicated to try and use

Purchased this item supposed to be circle came shaped as a heart. Broken/poorly assembled usb ports which makes it very difficult to get the usb in the slots.
