I initially purchased these when I was heading to Colorado for a ski trip to help keep me hydrated at a higher elevation than where I live. Not sure if it's a placebo effect or if it actually worked but I will continue using and recommending.

I've tried the hydration gummies and the hydration packets, but these seemed to function a lot better.

Sweet tart chewable tablets tastes much better than the salt water from the liquid supplements.

It’s the combination of sour and salt. Very nasty. I threw them out after one tablet.
