Which is better charger for the kindle paper white, this charger 9W or the 5W?

The 5W charger delivers 1 Amp of electricity, whilst the 9W charger delivers 1.8 Amps of electricity. With devices that have rechargeable battery's like this I tend to just use the 5W charger because it puts a lot less stress on the battery, and ultimately a lot less heat is generated from the battery (which may be a sign of overcharging, which can damage your battery as you charge it like this again and again). If you are okay with your device charging faster at the expense of a couple years off its lifespan, then go ahead. This is all ultimately the costumers decision. However I would recommend this charger for the echo dot, because it does not have a battery to overcharge and you can generally expect better performance when the echo is running off a 1.8 Amp charger than a 1 Amp charger.

It is magic it cuts down cgarge time by half of the wanna be adaptors does my son's tablet can be completely dead and in like 2mins its at atleast 30% i love it and will never misplace it!

Will this work for the kindle fire hd 10?

I really don't know.  I'm not familiar with the Kindle Fire hd 102.  It works fine for my Kindle Paper white.  I would suggest you contact amazon direct and talk with one of their technicians. That's what I did and he recommended this particular charger for my Paperwhite.  Maybe it works for all Kindles--I don't know.  Sorry to not be of anymore help.
