Easy to use
Actually better than I thought. Did a great job

The horror job of silicone
This is a really good idea and on two smooth surfaces it would have done the job in a lot less time than with other tools but unfortunately, with small marble tiles the slightest ridge was not easy to negotiate. With a solid grip, I still think that this is a good product and I am glad that I gave it a try, keep it for the next job which is a totally smooth surface and behind taps.

Best in class for larger seal
Bought both Metex blocks for work purpose ease of use with minimal skills gives a great finish everytime ideal for larger width of joint

Fantastic Little Tool
Handy little tool to have. I usually use the scraper type of smoothing tool, but saw this and thought I'd give it a go, and it works really well. Especially good for bridging the gap between grouting in between tiles when using silicone, so you get a nice clean bead. Just make sure you wet it down with soapy water before you use it for lubrication, and to stop the silicone from sticking to it. Also wipe any excess off as soon as it gets on there because once it dries you have no chance. I'd still have severa other smoothing tools for other jobs, but this is handy to have as well. I'd definitely buy it again.

Not quite up to scratch
Not enough choice of angle, and a nuisance to clean. A bit gimmicky I think.

Its ok, nothing special, works good for horizontal sealing, not so great for verticals,

Rubbish
What a rubbish tool. It makes a right mess in the corners and skeggs the sealant. It wastes loads of sealant too. It's made of a substance that sealant loves to stick to. Impossible to clean. Going in the bin.
