What driver does it use? If its FET, how much current is it expected to draw?

Sofirn IF23 multi color LED flashlight uses FET step-down circuit .When the main light is in an extremely bright state, the current is not less than 10A. If the main light and the side COB light are turned on at the same time, the current will be even greater

Yes it comes with a large rechargeable battery which is usb c rechargeable and acts as a batterybank for charging other things. It's a decent flashlight only flaw is possibly to many light options.
