I am someone who definitely sees the benefit of dietary supplements and take several of them daily.Some are better than others so I’m always on the search for a newer and better product…For some time now I’ve been taking apple cider vinegar, I used to take it straight on a spoon and then started to mix it with water.Both ways are pretty disgusting and always left a gritty feeling on my teeth which I absolutely hated.So about a year ago I started taking a CV in gummy form.It is definitely a superior method of getting Your apple cider vinegar without the harsh taste or after effects.When I came across this brand, I thought the claims were promising, so I figured I’d give it a try.At the time there weren’t any reviews on them.After completing a full bottle I can say that overall I’m happy with the ACV aspect of it, but don’t expect any type of weight loss, at least not in my experience.I feel that the flavor is pretty good. I read a lot of reviews saying how gross it was but that was not the case to me.They definitely have a vinegar smell to them, but to me, it was a berry flavor with maybe a subtle hint of vinegar.But in comparison, taking apple cider vinegar straight is absolutely horrendous so I think that this is a far superior taste.But as far as the miracle of weight loss, don’t expect it here.I did not notice a difference whatsoever, not that I really expected it to.I feel that these are good price point for what you get and as far as a source of ACV, I definitely recommend these. But if you’re looking for medical Miracle to drop some pounds you probably need to continue looking…I Feel that three stars is fair and hopefully my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I did not see any changes when I started taking these. I did not lose weight and did not have my appetite suppressed.

I started this on August 7 and today August 17 I’m down 12 lbs. I take 1 first thing in the morning and 1 before bed. I’ve read the bad reviews but that hasn’t been the case for me. I’m very happy with the results so far.

I like the convenience of a gummie. The taste takes some getting used to.

I’ve used this product for 6 weeks and have not lost an ounce.
