Spot on.
Bought these to put on a rising desk.Perfect for my use. Allows me a stable base when in use but taking off the brakes can easily move the desk.A relatively light load for my use though don't know how these perform closer to their weight limit.Would recommend.

Simple, but cheap
3 of 4 installed no problem. The 4th metal insert essentially disintegrated while screwing it into the wood leg (top half cracked and broke into multiple pieces). Overall, would purchase again if needed, but need to be cautious when installing.
