It just stopped working suddenly ! After 10 uses

I bought this hand blender in July-2025 and in September-2025 its out of service. Also want to know how to claim warranty.

I purchased the hand blender in October 2023, and initially, it performed admirably, meeting my blending needs efficiently. However, just a few months later, in February 2024, the motor or battery suddenly died, rendering the blender unusable. This unexpected malfunction was disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the relatively short time since its purchase. Despite its initial promise, the premature failure of the battery significantly impacted the overall satisfaction and longevity of the product. Consequently, I would caution others to consider the durability and reliability of this hand blender before making a purchase.

I reas some reviews that jar or parts broken. I thought only people who got issues, review here. So i ordered being positive, and yes, i too received broken jar. Returned immediately.

I would like to raise a complaint as the device stopped working suddenly. Very rarely used since purchase. Not able to find the details for complaint. Please provide details. Purchased on 24 July 2023

Blends well but stopped working within few moths of purchase.
