This stuff is great. I knew the benefits of B12 but didn't want to take shots or pills. This is so easy to take and my husband and I have already seen benefits. Legs are stronger, no more leg cramps at night, just really noticeable benefits. Will be ordering more soon.

I bought these after my doctor told me my B12 levels were very low. The hormone clinic I go to recommended their own B12 drops, but they were really expensive, so I decided to do some research and found these instead. About six weeks later, I had my blood work repeated, and my B12 levels had improved dramatically, they were exactly where they should be. The best part is I wasn’t even perfectly consistent. I missed a few days here and there, and they still worked incredibly well. I’m very impressed with the quality and effectiveness of these drops, especially for the price. I’ll definitely be ordering them again! On a side note, I haven’t noticed increased energy but I’m also in perimenopause so a lot of factors could impact that.

The numbers do not lie. I have been tracking my B12 levels for the past eight months, and the results speak for themselves. As a vegan, B12 is not something we naturally get anymore because modern sanitation removes the soil bacteria that used to provide it, and animal products are now the primary dietary source. I have had my B12 checked three times since starting my supplement, and every result has been in the healthy range. I only take a half dose once a week. My iron levels and saturation have also improved significantly during this period. Supplementing can be helpful, but it is important to work with your primary care provider to make sure your plan is safe and appropriate for your needs.

This is a wonderful product. Great taste and great vitamin. I've been using it for a long time and will continue to use. The only problem is the dropper. It doesn't hold the amount it should. Basically not doing it's job by not functioning well. It baffles the mind that they can't place a good dropper on this little bottle. Has the manufacturer tried to solve this problem? I'm so curious. It's such a good product , that it would be a shame for people not to buy it because of the frustration of trying to use this dropper to get the right dose. I am using a different dropper that I have found and solved my problem. It is still annoying to remove the one that comes with the bottle , in order to dip a different one in and then replace the original, then wash and store the one I use for the next dose. This is crazy ,but I swear by this vitamin so I will continue to purchase.

I have no clue if I get deficient in vitamin B-12 but my husband, post some surgeries, was told that he was B-12 deficient and the doctor told him to get it in sublingual tablets. Since I've taken B-12 sublingual before myself, after research on what was best, I found very little difference in my life. But I did the research again and this product, in what appeared to be independent reviews, seemed to catch high marks from all directions, and liquid form, I guessed would be as good if not better than anything. So, I ordered it. Well now! I tried taking this along with my husband and I warned him that taking anything like this would NOT be a quick fix and told him that depending on how his body responded it could be weeks to months before any significant changes might take place. But, after telling him that-I noticed a difference within hours when I took my first dropperful! I honestly thought that first time that it was a fluke but now I really believe it's this stuff that really gives me an energy boost, while I'm still staying relatively calm and none of that "antsy" stuff that comes with some energy boosts. Maybe it's just more of a, "hey, I really feel good!" thing. "I realize that I've not taken this long enough to get any true internal and/or genuine results, unless you count "genuine" as having more energy and a general overall "feel better" attitude, but that's what I have to say has happened to me! As far as mental clarity and all that, it is definitely too soon in this process to say much, at least for me - it's only been just less than a month but in the time I've taken it I am 100% sold on this product and I doubt I'll be looking for any b-12 supplement to one-better this, because I don't think there's one out there! I really feel better, and I have much more energy than before. I seem to get by on less sleep than before, which may mean something good, since I wake ready to face the world early in the mornings, my body feeling fabulous, but hey my spirit still likes to be a lazy sleep-in bear. But whoa, some really nice sunrises out there these days! My husband, who's been taking it but not regularly as he should, says that "maybe" he might be feeling some better, but again, it's not been that long and I think that each of us experiencing it differently just shows that each person will react differently to how their body adjusts to vitamin supplements. Maybe because he is more deficient than I am it may take longer, or....who knows? But I believe that fast or slow acting, this is a good quality and superior product. I'm ordering more. Now, I will say this, I take mine in the morning and I will continue to take in the mornings because, while it doesn't keep me awake, I really think morning is better since I do tend to get a slow wave of energy an hour or so after taking and that's not really what I want before bedtime. Thumbs up!

It works too well :) My annual labs showed a huge jump in levels.

Supposed to keep under tongue and not eat or drink for a bit after taking. Tastes like fruity cardboard. Not the worst flavor but you definitely want to wash it down right away so I would skip this and buy a pill. Also you can’t get a dropper full the way dropper is designed.
