They love these and beg for it at least once a day. Are they addictive?

I use these treats for my 90 pound dog during fireworks and loud thunder storms. It was recommended to me by my mom, who uses it on her 40 pound dog. During fireworks both dogs seemed to display slightly nervous behavior, but nothing as extreme as they show without the treats.

My pet is a Maltese. It didn't seem to have any affect on her at all.

I bought these chews to help my mini longhaired Dachshund to relax when I cut her nails and brush her teeth. I gave the dose as recommended on the back of the jar and it had absolutely no affect on her. The next day I doubled the dose and still absolutely no effect at all. I gave them to my other dogs and no effect at all. Also, about a week after I opened the jar, the chews dried out so fast that they turned to crumbles in my hands. I always immediately closed the jar after I got out the chews. I wouldn't buy these items again and would not suggest anyone else buy them either.

Sorry, to only give this a 2 but for me they are just not working for my dogs. Does not calm them at all but that doesn’t say that they won’t work for your dogs. It’s like people some things work for you but may not work as well for someone else. Who knows why but that just seems how it is. Trust your own judgment.

Purchases as a gift to my sister for her dog. She says it works really well. The dog likes the taste, it calms her nerves when there's fireworks or any type of noises, the dog no longer barks at sounds.
