Does not work
I was cautious after reading some reviews, but decided to give it a try as I have a small Leak in the corner of my conservatory. I have now given it 4 coats and it still leaks the same as it did. The carton of the product is tiny, if you are planning on doing a roof order 20 tubs. See pics for scale. Also, it looks like PVA, smells like PVA, and goes on like PVA.....draw your own conclusions....!!!. Also it reacts and won't dry on silicon/mastic. It just reacts similar to paint. I think the product photographer and the video production team should win an Oscar....!!!!!!!

Used as is because the instructions were to small to read even with a magnifying glass. Looks and feels like PVA glue but seems to have done the job
