I ordered this product as I’ve been really impressed with the Ninja Air fryer but unfortunately the drinks blender on lasted about 6 weeks as does hold its charge and I’m completely unable to use it. Think I’ve been really unlucky as I’m using my husbands that I bought not long after the first one.

Slightly fiddly to use (you have to out food and ice in a certain order or the blades can get stuck, and you have to remove upside down from the blender part and then add a bottom part to it to avoid spilling the lot. Powerful little blender though and once you get the hang of it its great and I use it regularly.

Ideal for one serving of a smoothie. A banana, some fruit plus juice or milk if your choice. Very simple to clean (water and a squirt of dish soap). Makes smoothies in 30 seconds. So simple, my young kids make their own breakfast smoothies before school. Kid is secure, quality is good, and I love the fact that it charges using a usb-c cable instead of plugging it in to use.

I buy first one for me good product .I buy second time for my partener and was delivery with missing esential partes that covers what you need to take the drink with you detache safe for the machine. Second delivrry was a bad joke.

Ordered this from another retailer that was cheaper. Read the reviews here first so thought it was the perfect portable blender. Alas not it feels well made, strong and sturdy and I'm sure for powder and soft fruit drinks it's perfectly fine. But give it anything frozen and wallop the thing can't cope falls on it derrière...difficulty breaking ice and get stuck all the time...have to shake it vigorously to free up the frozen fruit or ice. Battery lasts about 2 days so that's just 2 blends....it was my first ninja brand purchase and will be the last...clearly over hyped brand providing less than adequate products..save your self a few pennies and go for one the the cheaper brands or just have a mains one that can cope with the harder contents.

I was so happy with this blender when I first got it to replace my generic made in Germany personal blender that was growing mold under the seals and didn’t blend very well. Well, I’m not happy anymore. Every time I have gone to use my Ninja, it has needed to be charged. I literally charged it yesterday with my smoothie in it, got it to full battery capacity, ran it once to blend my smoothie, and a second time to clean it. Now it’s dead this morning and charging with yet another smoothie in it. I just want a reliable personal blender. Is that so much to ask? Update from a few days later: I charged it TWICE this morning because I knew I’d be using it tonight. IT’S DEAD! After two charges and not being used, it’s dead! And it’s not like I used this thing to death when I first got it either. I have used this blender maybe 9 times since I got it. I’m beyond disappointed. Ninja used to be a good brand. ***UPDATE TO THE UPDATE*** I registered my blender with Ninja after all of this nonsense, and then I reached out to support. I sent them videos of the issue and they gave me a case number and a phone number to call. I didn’t have to prove anything to them, they just told me they would have to send out a replacement and that I didn’t have to send mine back. I know that shopping for personal blenders is a NIGHTMARE AND A HALF, because they either don’t chop, don’t hold a charge, burn your house down, etc. If you’re going to take the risk to get one anyway, just go with this one. When it works, it pulverizes everything you put in it. When it doesn’t work, Ninja stands by their products and takes care of the issue. I’m updating my review to 3 stars, but if my replacement blender works, it’ll be 5 stars. Oh, and by the way, the customer service dude was really pleasant and spoke English. I was never transferred to India or anything like that. ******Hopefully Final Update****** So, I got my replacement blender from Ninja, and I love it! I use it about every other day, and I have only had to charge it four times now. It works wonderfully, but the only thing it sometimes struggles with is whole frozen strawberries. Don’t get me wrong, it can pulverize them. It just may take more than one blend cycle, which is fine when you have a blender that actually works, unlike the one I got from Amazon. I can finally wholeheartedly recommend this blender.

This is an excellent product. Really pleased with the purchase. Price is so reasonable for such an amazing blender. Works very well so far. Easy to use and clean. It blends frozen fruits and oats well. However, it takes longer to blend small ice cubes. Have not tried blending vege but I am sure it will work wonder too.
