does these straps come with the fixing pins? also are they all large in the pack?

Hi. I recently bought these too. There are fixing pins that release and fix the same way as the one that is delivered with the watch. The bands are all size m/l. I have small arms and I still have one hole left. And there are enough holes to also fit bigger wrists. I really like them!
